First Days of School 26-27 - Services Organisation
Extracurricular Activities (ECA)
No activities on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th of September. Make sure to pick up your children from school or the bus stop immediately after school ends*!
*On Friday, school ends at noon for Nursery and P1-P2 classes
Extracurricular activities will begin as of Monday 7th of September.
Ensure the following information is correctly input in your child’s agenda (in English or French) for each day:
- Name of the activity
- Where to go after the activity: parent pick-up, Ixelles garderie, another activity, school bus (specify the line number)
Transport
The transport service will be operational as of Thursday 3rd of September, in the morning.
Buses will leave the school at 15:35 (Nursery, Primary, and S1-S2) and 16:30 (Secondary) for home and the APPS (COLE, Wilson).
On Fridays, a bus for Nursery and P1-P2 students headed to the APPS only leaves the school at 12:30.
Things to remember:
- Check MyAPEEE for any updates to the timetable, stop location or bus line number before the first day of school, as route changes may have been implemented.
- Be present at your bus stop 5 minutes in advance.
N.B. Nursery students and new Primary students: please provide your child with a badge indicating their full name, bus information, and an emergency mobile phone number.
Canteen
The Canteen service will be available for all enrolled students as of the first day of school.
The Cafeteria will also be open as of Thursday 3rd of September for Secondary students.
N.B. Secondary students are required to present their badge to enter the Canteen. The same badge can also be used for purchases in the Cafeteria by all Secondary students (even those who are not registered for the Canteen) by adding money through MyNetPay.
