You will find below all the information pertaining to enrolment to our services for the 2026-2027 school year including dates, requirements, and contacts.

You will find below the enrolment dates for the APEEE services:

N.B. Please note that the APEEE offices will be closed from 18 July to 17 August (included) and enrolments will also be closed during this period.

Enrolments to the APEEE services are not automatically renewed each school year.

Access to the enrolment webpage for the next school year will remain unavailable until both payments listed below have been made:

• - the total fees for services for the 2025-2026 school year
• - the annual family membership fee (50 euros) for 2026-2027.

To make these payments, please log in to MyAPEEE.
N.B. Make sure that the school year selected in your account corresponds to the specific payment that you are making.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Parents of students aged 14 or under who file their tax return with the Belgian government can deduct afterschool childcare costs. Please contact the Extracurricular Activities office at periscolaire@apeeeixelles.be.

Upon receiving confirmation of registration from the School, new parents can request the creation of an account on our services management platform (MyAPEEE) by clicking "Request access here" below the sign-in button.
Alternatively, new parents can send their details (full name, email address, full name of their children at the School) to enrolment@apeeeixelles.be in order to receive an invitation email.
